With 25 years of experience as an executive search consultant and having earned a coaching certification from the highly-regarded Hudson Institute, I can help executives improve their core skills of management and leadership.  As partner and practice leader at three top global search firms (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates), I managed hundreds of top-level searches around the world and learned to recognize the qualities that make some individuals very successful.  Working with these senior executives as both clients and candidates over the years, I have often served in the role of trusted advisor.  Having retired from a satisfying search career, I look forward to helping both existing and new clients address their challenges and achieve new successes.
